sell (exceptions are noted). If you are dissatisfied with
a purchase you have made from us, we offer your choice of:

us before returning merchandise for a Return Authorization Number (RA#), that you do it within
30 days from your purchase date, and that you include your
original receipt with your return. Sorry, but returns sent
without an RA# will be returned, unopened, to you.

Tax
We are required to charge state sales tax
for purchases shipped to the states
of
California (9.00%),
Florida (7.00%),
Indiana (7.00%),
Kentucky (6.00%),
Massachusetts (6.25%),
Missouri (6.83%),
North Carolina (8.25%) and
Tennessee (9.25%). Sales tax
on web orders to those states is automatically
calculated for you.
Shipping
Most in-stock items are shipped from our Indiana warehouses
within 24 to 48 hours of receipt of your order. Orders placed
over the weekend are received on Monday morning and placed
in the shipping queue.
Important: Please inspect all truck shipments carefully for
damaged or missing items before signing for them! Claims are
often denied by the carrier after a shipment has been signed
for. Please report any damages or missing items to us immediately.
Shipping Cost
We ship all orders under 350 lbs. via FedEx Home
Delivery. Larger items are sent by truck. The bigger the item, the bigger the truck.
Our shipping is based on real-time shipping quotes from Fed-Ex based on weight, size, number of items and destination zip code.
All shipments in the United States are insured at no extra
cost to you. Second-day and Next-Day Air Service via FedEx
is available for some items. Please call for air service
prices.
International Shipping
Shipping charges quoted on the web are for FedEx Home Delivery
to the 48 contiguous United States. For shipping
charges to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands, email

Sorry, we do not ship outside the US or its territories.
