Worm’s Way Greater Cincinnati / Northern KY was “propagated”, so to speak, from the success of the first location & headquarters of the company in Bloomington, Indiana. Our company has been “growing” for over 17 years. And thanks to all the loyal gardeners who have frequented our different stores and mail order, we decided to bring our unique customer service & knowledge, and hard-to-find products closer to this area.

Worms Way Northern KY/Greater Cincinnati is your local year-round & indoor gardening experts We invite you to visit our 5000 sq. ft. Showroom. We have an assortment of different “live” Hydroponic systems for your viewing. Also for your inspection are HID (High Intensity Discharge) Grow Lights in Metal Halide & High Pressure Sodium, and from 100 watts up to 1000 watts. In addition, we have the area’s only residential, redwood Greenhouse on display!

Each member of the staff has a personal love of gardening and real life experience to boot. We have either used a lot of the products we carry, in our in-store displays and/or our own gardens at home. In addition, we have unlimited resources company-wide. This invaluable reference includes, but is not limited to, over a century of hands-on gardening knowledge & experience, and several Master Gardeners within the Worm’s Way Family.

We have a wide selection of “Hard-to-Find” items that include, Organic Fertilizers for both Soil & Hydroponics, Organic Pesticides & Repellants, and Organic Lawn Care products. Also, Environmental Controls equipment, CO2, Propagation and Irrigation supplies.

In addition to being Open to the Public, some of our previous guests include schools, scouts, and other clubs/organizations. We are also very pro-active in getting involved with the communities that we are located in. For example, free gardening classes at the new Kenton County/Erlanger Library, support of the Boone County Arboretum, Civic Garden Center and the local Master Gardeners. No appointment is necessary to tour our facility and to learn more about America’s #1 Hobby…Gardening!

We are conveniently located less than 10 minutes from downtown Cincinnati. We are South of the Ohio River, a mile and half off I-75 or I-275. We are next to the Greater Cincinnati/Northern Kentucky International Airport and close to Turfway Race Track. Come visit us soon & often, because Our Gardening Season Never Ends!

Composting
Did you know that composting the organic matter from your household can help in the effort against global warming? When materials like food and garden waste break down without fresh air (as is the case when compacted deep within landfills), they ferment and release the greenhouse gas known as methane, which is estimated to be over 20 times more influential than carbon dioxide at incrementally raising the earth’s temperature.
