Q: How long will it take for my order to ship?
A: Depending on availability of items, your order will usually ship the day it is ordered, excluding weekends and holidays. Other factors such as your location and method of shipment influence how long it will take to receive your package. If you need your items shipped 2nd day or overnight, we encourage you to call in your order so we can make those arrangements for you since there is a difference in price.

Q: Why can’t I find _____ product?
A: Hopefully we have made it really easy to find what you're looking for, but here are some pointers!
There are 2 main ways to search:
1. Use the "search" box at the top of our site and type in the name of the product you're looking for, or the type of product you want. Make sure the spelling of the item is precise.
2. Use the headings on the left to browse by category and navigate to a range of products containing what you need.
If what you want does not seem to be listed there could be 2 reasons...
1. The product you require is so new that we've not added it to our site as of yet. We do have a team of people constantly adding new products, but we can only do this when we have been told by the manufacturer or our suppliers. If the item you want is new, your best bet is to come back to our site in a day or so and check again, or you can always give us a call. We would love to hear from you!
2. What you are looking for we no longer have in stock. We usually carry on listing products as long as we know we can still get hold of them. But, there comes a point when we need to remove products that are no longer available.
Q: Can I pay for an online order with a gift certificate?
A: Unfortunately, the only way you can redeem your Worm’s Way gift certificate is by placing your order over the phone. You will be given a Sales Order number. You will need to mail us the gift certificate, and we’ll happily ship your order.
Q: What if I don’t like my purchase/it’s damaged or broken?
A: Please see our returns policy. We’ll be happy to help!
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: Check, Money Order, Automated Check, Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover are all acceptable forms of payment. Checks must have name, street address, and a daytime telephone number printed on the check. Sorry, we do not offer COD.

Hydro for Hunger is an initiative by participating independent hydroponics merchants in support of hunger relief organizations dedicated to reducing world hunger through hydroponics gardening. Contributions go to helping provide people in developing countries with the knowledge and tools to become self-sufficient through simple, small-scale hydroponics food production techniques, providing healthy food for themselves and their families.
